This video is the first in a new series of videos on Matrices (one of the four modules for Further Maths). Looking at what a matrix is and the language behind matrices it opens the whole course in an interesting way. Rows, columns, square matrices, diagonal matrices, upper triangular matrices, lower triangular matrices, the zero matrix, identity matrix and so many more are covered. It's one of the best videos to date!

This video is the next in the Further Mathematics Units 3 and 4 course dealing with the module on Matrices 1. This takes the learning from the previous video where we looked at all the language used in Matrices and shows how we can fit those learnings to real world problems. Examples are explained and explored all in an easy to understand way.

This video is the next in the series relating to Matrices as part of the Further Maths Units 3 and 4 course. In previous videos we've looked at the language of Matrices and how we can use them in real world situations. Now we move to the more mathematical side of Matrices where I show you how to add, subtract and multiply by a scalar. This all leads to the next video in the series where we multiply two matrices together. Lots of worked examples are provided with really easy to follow explanations.

The second to last video in this series on Matrices 1 for the Further Mathematics Units 3 and 4 course for Year 12 students. This is, perhaps, one of the most important videos as you learn how to multiply two matrices together. We look at the conditions which must exist for matrices to be multiplied and how to conduct the process. There are lots of worked examples all explained in a clear and easy to understand way.

This video is the next in series for the Matrices 1 which is a part of the Further Maths Units 3 and 4 course. Having looked at what matrices are and how to add and subtract them, we look at how to raise them to a power. This video is a short one! It shows the process but applies it more in later videos. A couple of worked examples are given with clear explanations throughout.

These are the videos which are available in each chapter. You will notice that some are free and some are for subscribers only. Making and hosting these videos costs a little bit of money. To help pay for the hosting fees I have no choice but to hide some of the videos and make them for subscribers only.
