This is another video in the Year 12 General Mathematics (VCE Units 3 and 4) on Matrices. Building on past knowledge, I now look at what a Binary Matrix is (and why we need one), how they are applied to Permutation Matrices and finally onto Communication Matrices. This is a great video and shows now only what Permutation Matrices are, but how they work and how we can reverse engineer them. I look at Communication Matrices and what it means to be a one-step and two-step communication matrix before looking at VCAA past exam questions. There are lots of worked examples and the theory is explained in an easy to understand way.
