  Summary

This is the first in a new series of videos on Surds and the Year 10 Advanced content. This video looks at what rational and irrational numbers are, and how to identify them, before moving on to look more closely at surds. There are many more videos to come but this looks at the important role simplifying surds takes. I do a number of examples which show how to simplify surds and backed with theory.

There are no current errors with this video ... phew!
