  Summary

This video is part of the Further Maths course looking at the module on Measurement and Geometry. Having looked, in a previous lesson, at how to find arc lengths, we now put that skill into practice in a real world context. This video looks at all the language and learning behind latitude and longitude. There are worked examples showing how you can find the distance between two points on the earth's surface if we know their latitude and longitude. All the theory is explained in an easy to understand way.
