This is another video in the Complex Numbers series for the Year 12 VCE (Units 3 and 4) Specialist Mathematics course. This video looks at what the polar form (modulus-argument form) of a complex number is and why it might be helpful. I show how these can be plotted on a set of polar axes. There are a number of worked examples all explained in an easy to understand way. At the end of the video there is a VCAA exam question which shows how the theory can be assessed in an examination.
