This is another video in the Year 9 Quadratics series. In this video I look at what a parabola is (which shouldn't come as too much of a surprise as I have been relating all of the prior work to the parabola!). We look at what a parabola looks like, the axis of symmetry, roots of the parabola (otherwise known as the x-axis intercepts) and the general shape and form. There are lots of worked examples and I might have thrown in some humour there too. This video, like my others, is explained in an easy to understand way to help everyone do well at Mathematics.

There are no current errors with this video ... phew!
