This video is part of the Using Units of Measurement part of the course and looks at the surface area of a prism. Finding the areas of basic shapes is important (and has been covered in a previous lesson). We can use the information to find the area of all the surfaces of a shape. The easiest shapes to find the surface area of is a prism. So, I take some time to look at what a prism is. There are a number of worked examples which frame the theory which I explain in an easy to understand way.
